Condition of the Heart pt 2.

God shared with me that many of his people are being deceived and they believe they have true discernment and can hear His voice but they really are listening to another voice and they are missing what God is doing right now.

Why is this happening? The condition of the heart.

Jeremiah 17:9-10-The heart is deceitful above all things, and desperately sick; who can understand it? “I the LORD search the heart and test the mind, to give every man according to his ways, according to the fruit of his deeds.”

Somehow there’s an opened door to the enemy and it’s causing God’s people to go astray.

What are some conditions of the heart? Condition means a particular state of existence.

Exodus 7:14- [ The Plague of Blood ] Then the LORD said to Moses, “Pharaoh’s heart is unyielding; he refuses to let the people go.

Here’s a condition of the heart: An Unyielding Heart.

Unyielding Heart means you refuse to budge, you refuse to give up on what you feel in your heart but you have to be very careful about what you feel in your heart because scriptures tells us that the heart is deceitful above all things.

Do you know many people do not want to yield to the Holy Spirit? They want to do their own thing {think, hear and speak}. They don’t want to know the truth to fullest understanding but out of their mouths they are speaking from another voice that is telling them this is the truth.

Unyielding can be a good thing. We talk about unyielding faith {we’re going to stand in the truth of gospel} we’re not going to bend on the truth of what we know about The Father, the Son and the Holy Spirit but if we’re being deceived in some areas of the gospel, our perception is skewed and we could miss what the spirit of God is doing.

Make sure we have true discernment because deception is alive and well.
