2020: The Year of Deliverance

Many people can feel the change in the atmosphere. A shift has taken place over your life and you may be wondering what is this all about? What is this newness I feel within my spirit? Have you considered the Hand of God moving in your life; to bring you into total and complete freedom? The Strong’s concordance would call this year {2020} “hatstsalah” which means deliverance in Hebrew. Yes, it’s true! It’s time for the people of God to be delivered from the snare {the traps} of the fowler.

Psalm 91:3- Surely He shall deliver you from the snare of the fowler And from the perilous pestilence. - Perilous means full of danger and risk. Pestilence means a fatal epidemic disease, plague, infection, sickness.

This is the year we all have been waiting for! Isn’t this exciting? True freedom, true deliverance for the people of God.

What does it mean to be delivered? Natsal {5337} means to strip, plunder, deliver oneself, be delivered, snatch away, deliver.

God has come on the scene like a mighty rushing wind, to destroy the enemy of our soul, to set us free from all bondages and all darkness. He is stripping the power of the enemy and He is plundering the goods! {Plunder- steal goods from (a place or person), typically using force and in a time of war or civil disorder}. He has given us authority over the enemy and restoring our rightful place in Him.

Esther 8:7- Then King Ahasuerus said to Queen Esther and Mordecai the Jew, “Indeed, I have given Esther the house of Haman, and they have hanged him on the gallows because he tried to lay his hand on the Jews. 8 You yourselves write a decree concerning the Jews, [a]as you please, in the king’s name, and seal it with the king’s signet ring; for whatever is written in the king’s name and sealed with the king’s signet ring no one can revoke.”

Esther 8:11- By these letters the king permitted the Jews who were in every city to gather together and protect their lives—to destroy, kill, and annihilate all the forces of any people or province that would assault them, both little children and women, and to plunder their possessions, 12 on one day in all the provinces of King Ahasuerus, on the thirteenth day of the twelfth month, which is the month of [c]Adar. 13 A copy of the document was to be issued as a decree in every province and published for all people, so that the Jews would be ready on that day to avenge themselves on their enemies. 14 The couriers who rode on royal horses went out, hastened and pressed on by the king’s command. And the decree was issued in [d]Shushan the [e]citadel.

God has sent a mandate into hell telling the adversary to let His people go! {mandate- an official order or commission to do something; the authority to carry out a policy or course of action}

There’s freedom in the camp! Receive it.

Psalm 146:7 -Who executes justice for the oppressed, Who gives food to the hungry. The Lord gives freedom to the prisoners.
